Upon completing a booking, please ensure you receive your confirmation email, and contact us should you have any concerns.
Please note that some hair and beauty services can only be booked over the phone as a consultation is required.

Please note that if you book through the desktop version of Mindbody, that your login and password will not link with the Mindbody App. You will need to use the desktop version only or the app version only, as Mindbody does not currently offer options to switch between.

aPPOINTMENT NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with our studio cancellation policy, all reservations require a credit card on file, and 48 hours notice to cancel. Each booking is reserved specifically for an individual client. When that client does not show, or provide proper notice, it greatly limits our ability to rebook the appointment, impacting the service provider in scheduling and financial consideration, as well as other clients who may have booked. We call every guest 48 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and we offer text confirmations for client ease, ensuring clients have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel if they require. Please note, however, that communicating a required cancellation within the appropriate time frame is the responsibility of the client.
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” for bookings will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
