CANCELLATIONS
In accordance with our studio cancellation policy, all reservations require a credit card on file, and 48 hours notice to cancel. Each booking is reserved specifically for an individual client. When that client does not show, or provide proper notice, it greatly limits our ability to rebook the appointment, impacting the service provider in scheduling and financial consideration, as well as other clients who may have booked. We call every guest 48 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and we offer text confirmations for client ease, ensuring clients have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel if they require. Please note, however, that communicating a required cancellation within the appropriate time frame is the responsibility of the client.
Please also be aware that due to the busy nature of our studio, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
